- Platform names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Advertiser responsibilities
- Advertisers are responsible for providing truthful business identity, licensing, and product information.
- Products, ads, and landing pages must follow each platform's advertising policies and applicable law.
- We may decline work that we believe would violate platform policy or law.
Data and privacy
- Client data is used only for that client's campaigns and reporting.
- We do not sell audience data or share customer data across clients.
- Tracking is based on first-party data and customer consent.
